Return Conditions:Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

Damaged goods

Incorrect order

Manufacturing defects

If the shoe's fit is incorrect

Replacement Option:If a customer is not satisfied with the fit of their custom-made shoes, they can request one adjustment. We will then manufacture and send them abrand newpair of shoes with the requested modifications, provided that they destroy the first pair and send us video or photographic proof of the destruction.

Shipping for the replacement shoe is included for orders within the USA.If the customer prefers a refund instead of a replacement, they must follow the destruction process for the original shoes.

Return Process:Customers who wish to return or replace their shoes are required to destroy the shoes by cutting up the uppers using scissors. They must then provide video or photographic confirmation of the destruction.

Important: LLM Bespoke Shoes & Our manufacturing team are not responsible for any injuries incurred during the destruction process. Customers are encouraged to seek assistance from a friend or family member if needed.Upon verification that the shoes have been adequately destroyed, a refund or replacement process will be initiated.

Refund Policy:All shoes come with a 90-day guarantee or money-back policy. The 90-day period begins when delivery confirmation is received from FedEx. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we has received video or picture confirmation of the destruction of the shoe and confirmed that the destruction is adequate.No fees are associated with refunds.

Exceptions and Exclusions:Any requests made after the 90-day guarantee period will not be accepted.

Customer Responsibilities

Providing Accurate Information:Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information provided, including foot measurements and details submitted through the form, is accurate and up to date. Any inaccuracies may affect thefitand quality of the custom-made shoes.

Proper Use of the Scanning App:Customers must follow all instructions provided within the app during the scanning process.Key guidelines include:oKeep the phoneverticaland secure it to prevent it from falling.oWhile scanning, the person should be holding on to something, and the foot that's not being scanned should belifted upas shown in the instructions.oEnsure that all steps in the scanning process are completed correctly to facilitate accurate shoe fitting.

Important: 3D Fit Shoesisnot liable for any injuries or damages that occur if the instructions are not followed properly.

Care and Maintenance of Shoes:The custom-made shoes are designed for daily wear. However, they should not be used in extreme conditions or scenarios that could cause damage.Shoes should be washed by hand and left toair dryin the sun.
